From booking to your door
Know what happens after you order.
After your parcel is booked with TCS, delivery normally takes 3–4 working days. Prescription preparation happens before courier booking.
Courier timings are estimates. TCS service, public holidays and destination conditions can cause delays.

Frames and lenses are checked and prescription products are prepared to approved requirements.
3. TCS booking
Once booked, delivery normally takes 3–4 working days. Courier details may be shared when available.
Delivery estimate
The 3–4 working day estimate starts after the parcel is booked with TCS, not when the website order is submitted. Sundays, public holidays and non-working days are excluded.
Prescription preparation
Prescription orders require optical review, customer confirmation and preparation before courier booking. Complex prescriptions may take longer; our team confirms this directly.
Courier delays
TCS controls the parcel after booking. Weather, destination access, operational load or public holidays can delay delivery. Vision Plus will help you follow up, but cannot guarantee a courier’s exact arrival time.
Address and contact details
Enter a complete address and an active Pakistani mobile number. A wrong address, unreachable phone or failed delivery attempt can delay or return the parcel.
Tracking your order
Use the Order Reference from your confirmation on our Track Order page. If a TCS consignment number is available, our support team can also share it with you.
