Prescription images and payment screenshots can contain sensitive information. New files are stored using generated names and delivered through authorized application routes. Access is limited according to customer ownership and staff responsibilities.

5. Cookies, analytics and attribution

Essential cookies support sessions, cart, checkout, authentication, attribution and website security. With your optional Cookie preferences, Google Analytics 4 helps us measure pages, products and shopping steps, while Meta Pixel measures advertising interactions. Our private store analytics can also show recently active sessions, device type, campaign source, pages or products viewed, approximate time spent and approximate country or city derived from network location data. Raw IP addresses are not retained; anonymized visitor journeys are retained for up to 90 days and anonymized daily audience totals may be retained for up to 25 months for period comparison. We do not send prescription details, payment screenshots, names, email addresses, phone numbers or delivery addresses to analytics services. You can change optional-cookie choices from the website footer at any time.

We retain information for as long as reasonably required for orders, customer support, optical records, legal/accounting duties and dispute handling. We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, although no internet system can promise absolute security.
